STACKING NIGHTSCAPES WITH STARRY LANDSCAPE STACKER

Hi Nightscapers,

In this post processing tutorial I show you how I stack images in Starry Landscape Stacker to minimise noise and create higher quality images.

This tutorial is not intended to be an in depth guide to the program Starry Landscape Stacker more walk through of what I do myself with my own images. I talk about what to do at time of capture to capture the images I use for stacking, I also show you the tricks I have learnt while using this program so you can avoid the mistakes I have.

You will take 10 SOOC images like this, post process and stack them in Starry Landscape Stacker

And after following along with the tutorial, end up with an image something like this.

You can download the images used in the video here to follow along if you like.

DOWNLOAD THE IMAGES USED IN THE TUTORIAL HERE

If you do download these images please note they are not for re-sale, print etc they are being provided free for the purpose of helping you learn about post processing and following along with the video tutorial.

If you share the final images to social media please link the video or share this blog so others can also learn from it. Also feel free to tag me, I’d absolutely love to see your final images, on IG its @danielgangur.photo on FB its Daniel Gangur Photography

I plan on creating more of these post processing tutorials on YouTube to compliment the content here on Nightscape Photographer starting with simple techniques and building on these with more advanced techniques in the future, if that interests you please subscribe to the channel, it would be great to have your support over there.

Cheers
