Welcome to the blog section of Nightscape Photographer, I thought I’d kick off this section by introducing myself. the editor/owner of Nightscape Photographer..
I’m Daniel Gangur, I’m based in Gippsland Victoria, Australia, I started taking images seriously about 10 years ago, along the way I have had a lot of great opportunities, met some great people and have really learnt a lot about photography.
In recent years I’ve really focussed on night photography, things like light painting, nightscapes, wide field astrophotography, aurora. I have also spent a lot of time writing photography tutorials and photo related gear reviews, along with helping others via various social media and photo workshops to get out under the stars themselves and enjoy what this type of photography has to offer.
Night photography is something I enjoy, am passionate about and love to see others get involved in hence launching this website which I hope becomes a great resource and source of inspiration for all, it really is a bit of a dream to create something like Nightscape Photographer. On that note, your support through sharing of posts, likes, comments on social media and subscribing to the site will really go a long way with this websites success, so thanks for your support in advance.
